A LEADING letting expert is turning his hand from property to prose with the publication of his first novel.
Robert Jordan, chairman of residential lettings agency Jordan’s and the immediate past president of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, has written a crime novel? ‘Time’s Up’, set in Cheshire, which has a fast-paced plot featuring two murders, a fraud and attempted blackmail.?
Robert, chairman of Jordan’s eight offices, is a chartered surveyor with more than 40 years’ experience working in the property market in the North West and this is his first novel.?
“It’s taken a year of extremely hard work to get to this stage and it’s exciting to finally see my book in print,” he said.?“Writing has always been a passion of mine and once I started this book, I couldn’t stop.? I’ve finished the second instalment, ‘England’s Wall’ which will be published next year.?? I’ve been able to draw on my experience of the property market to write the book.”
‘Time’s Up’, the first of a series of novels, is set in Cheshire and references landmarks in Chester and surroundings.
It is available in paperback and e-book format and retails at £7.99.
