Iain's silver service

Connells' regional land and new homes director Iain Berry has celebrated 25 years with the country's second-largest estate agency group.
 
Iain joined Connells in November 1985 and worked his way up the career ladder to area director on the residential sales side of the business.

He took over responsibility for the company’s land and new homes operation in the South East in 2002 and was promoted to regional land and new homes director in 2007, which reflected his expanded role as a result of the significant growth in that area of Connells' business.
 
“I still thoroughly enjoy my job and have as much passion today as I did when I first joined the company 25 years ago," he said.  "Although the company has grown significantly in that time, it has retained its ethos of caring for its employees and customers.

“For four of the past five years Connells has won the Best New Homes category at the Estate Agency of the Year awards and in the current housing market, it’s this sort of experience and expertise that sets the company apart and gets results.
 
“In my land and new homes role I have built up excellent relationships with developers and made many friends within the industry who I have enjoyed working with.
